Non Uniform Day

The school will be holding a Non Uniform Day on Tues 19th April in Aid of the Liver Unit in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. A grandparent of some of our pupils recently underwent a successful Liver Transplant and our non uniform day is a way of saying thanks and to raise awareness of the great work of the hospital. Children can donate anything from a £1 upwards in aid of this great cause.

Cycling Proficiency Training

Our P.7 children will be starting their cycling proficiency training with Ms Quinn on Tues 19th April. The pupils should bring their bicycle and bicycle helmet every Friday. This training will teach the boys and girls about the highway code and how to be responsible cyclists on the road.
At St. Michael's Primary School We aim to create a calm and caring environment where teachers and children learn and work together. Each Child will be encouraged to fulfil their potential and central to this is the ethos of respect for self and others. We aim to establish a community that pupils, parents, teachers and support staff enjoy a sense of belonging to and have an important part to play.

On this blog we will keep parents/guardians informed of past and upcoming events. There will be pictures, surveys and even games for your children to play, so make sure you are a regular visitor.
